“Lemon Haze is a very popular sativa-dominant hybrid and its powerful aroma from two prestigious parents: Silver Haze (a sativa hybrid) and Lemon Skunk, which gives it its pungent smell. With a memorable citrus flavor and a long-lasting high, this bud is well-rounded and appreciated by both indica and sativa fans. The flowers of Lemon Haze are medium to large in size and adhere in roughly spherical chunks. Although the leaves are densely packed, they still have a somewhat ragged and fluffy appearance. These fluffy leaves are a mossy shade of green with vibrant orange pistils threaded through them. Amber trichomes cover these buds.
When properly cured, Lemon Haze carries a robust citrus aroma with a predominant tang of lemon. Underneath is a spicy herbal kick familiar to fans of parent strain Haze. Surprisingly, this strain has little of the acrid funk typical of its other parent, Lemon Skunk. When smoked, Lemon Haze burns smoothly with a refreshing herbal taste on the exhale and lingering lemon notes.

Several commercial breeders make seeds of Lemon Haze available for sale online. It can be grown indoors or out, although it’s best grown in a semi-humid climate with daytime temperatures between 72- and 80-degrees Fahrenheit. Keep its height in check by trimming back and pruning branches early in the vegetative stage if growing indoors. Lemon Haze flowers within 8 to 9 weeks when grown indoors and is ready for harvest in early October when grown outdoors. It offers a modest yield of about 40 to 44 grams per square foot of plant.
