Chocolate Thai Cake is a new strain that was introduced in the United States in 2022. This strain is a result of auto-production from the Wedding Cake plant, which was crossed with the original landrace strain from Thailand, called Chocolate Thai. Chocolate Thai was brought to the U.S. in the 1960s and was known for its potent high. However, due to its long flowering time, low yield, and difficulty in cloning, it is believed that the original Chocolate Thai strain no longer exists. There are several seed lines sold under its name, but these are either crossbred or have an unknown origin. NukeHeads has developed a new strain, Chocolate Thai Cake, by crossbreeding it with Chocolope auto to boost its yield and create a hardy plant structure. At present, there is no THC or lab COA available for this strain, and customers are requested to provide photos of their grows.
