Description

PURPLE-1A

PURPLE-1A

This strain comes in a landrace photoperiod strain, but our breeders have produced this in a feminized auto variation that we feel caters to those who love auto strains! We will be offering this in landrace form as well, so be on the lookout once our supplier stocks us!

Panama combines three excellent Sativa’s from Panama. It is one of the most popular, powerful, and high-yielding Sativa’s in our catalog.

Panama is probably the best American pure sativa hybrid bred in the last 20 years.

Its aroma is reminiscent of the best Colombian and Panama Red Sativa’s from the 70s.

Panama Red

I've grown this a few times . What I learned is it is super calmag hangry. I also didn't know about nitrogen toxicity situation until this particular strain . Taught me a valuable lesson

Aroma gone wild!

Firstly, I wanted to say I knew nothing about growing autoflowers when I received my first tenpack from nukeheads. PPR, nearly right out the gate, had a strong smell, something I've known from other strains to mean I had a high THC content plant going. This auto grew without ANY complaints, even when I transplanted into larger pots, and took to mycorrhizal additions well. About 17 days in, i saw white pistillate hairs and by the 4th week, I had a complaint from another tenant in the building but that they didn't know where it was. What had happened was they came in the front door and caught the smell. This was before I had an ozone generator, so I panicked, and moved all 3 plants outside along with a plant from another seedbank and moved to a secure location where they could grow unscathed. Bad move. The shock from the change ended up killing all four plants, but that isn't the fault of the breeders. The other seedbank's plant died first, and one of the PPRs almost made it but bugs and apparently a deer just wouldn't cut me a break. So I cried.. lol so, take two. 1 plant, proper equipment, sans photos, sorry. This plant was green for most of the grow, just like the others which are seen below, up to day 32, when they were taken outside. Then mid flower, a purplish began on some of the fan leaves on the main kola and then purpling took over, which was awesome. I ended up with a deep purple, nearly black plant, red hairs and since this was a first grow only got 66 grams. Frankly, not bad to me! I will make another review with proper photos next time, if I can. Thank you, Mr. Cody, for your expeditious sending of seeds, and for the little seed planter and carrier. I will definitely buy from this company again and I've since spread word, and not just locally but online. Cheers

Purple and Red Panama Red

I was a little skeptical of a purple Panama Red auto, but two phenotypes of this strain produced as promised - deep red pistils and purple frosty leaves. Copious, fragrant, sticky buds with that ole fashioned taste from the 70s - but with a bang! The New Riders of the Purple Sage would be proud. Highly recommend, fast growing, aggressive vegetative state that transitions into the flower phase quickly. Plan on 3 foot plants indoors with plenty of light and nutes. 5 Stars.

Calmag thirsty strain.

I've grown this strain in 3 different climates and altitudes it likes low altitudes and warm climates. Every one I have grown was a deep purple almost black or dark cherry coloration. The flavor profile for myself reminded me of smarties candy. It's has a tendency to need extra calmag to keep the leaves green. Also it needs a tapering of nitrogen as it goes into flower.

I have a brown, the purple Panama red auto twice now

Neither time has it look anything like the picture?
But both times I have been very satisfied with the product, and I will be drawing it again soon
